Jordan Wallach is the Co-Founder and CEO of Belfry, the modern operating platform built for security guard services companies.

Before starting Belfry, Jordan spent his career at the intersection of software and strategy. He began as a Program Manager at Microsoft, where he led engineering on Bing Search and built mobile device management tools for schools; work that first showed him how essential industries were being left behind by software that hadn't meaningfully evolved in decades. He then joined McKinsey & Company, advising product and engineering leaders at technology companies on growth strategy and organizational design.

When Jordan and his co-founder Alex started Belfry in 2022, one of the first things they did was take the New York State security officer licensing course. They believed you couldn't build software for an industry you hadn't tried to understand from the inside. That philosophy has shaped everything since. Jordan has spent the years since speaking with physical security operators and even touring client sites. He’s been to a logistics yard outside Detroit, hospitals in Ohio, and country clubs in Arizona… all with the intention to better understand a ‘day in the life’ of a contract security officer.

His core belief: the people doing the work deserve tools as good as the apps they use in the rest of their lives. And the companies employing them deserve software that was actually designed for how their industry works… not adapted from something built for a completely different one.
